Abstract

Changes in social and political structure, economic system, moral order, or religious system usually have a wide impact on the life of the community such as culture shock, loss of their identity, and social conflicts. Community, however, might see the changes as a challenge against which various potential strengths can be developend, and a new identity  may be formed as the community undergoes the process of changes.
