Memimpin Masyarakat Manusiawi

Abstract

We are living in a plural community which is being in a process of tranformation: from traditional to a modern society. Culturally, a modern society is characterized by its rationality and its industial development. Politically we are transforming from a centralised to a more decentralised society, from a repression of a nearly absolut power to an open and free one. I am afraid, we can fall into totalitarianism on one hand, or an anarchism on the other hand. Signs to those directions are real.
